Jesse earned his B.A. at Arizona State University and his J.D. at the University of South Dakota. While in law school he served as editor in chief of the Great Plains Natural Resources Journal and president of the Sports and Entertainment Law Association. He also studied German and European Union Law at the University of Munich in Munich, Germany.

Ethan earned his B.S in Business Economics from South Dakota State and later earned his J.D. from University of South Dakota School of Law. He also academically visited ASU Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law
